Bob has personally represented over 1,200 clients in various personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile collisions, trucking collisions, motorcycle collisions, and medical malpractice cases. Bob’s diverse practice is statewide and has filed cases in the vast majority of the counties in Indiana. Bob’s life experiences have equipped him with the ability to approach representation of personal injury victims from a position of empathy. Bob is the proud father of an adult daughter with developmental disabilities caused by cerebral palsy at birth. Bob is able to identify with and is passionately dedicated to thoroughly understanding a family’s concerns, worries, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Bob combines this passion with a strong presence in the court room, earning him the honor of being named the Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2017, as voted by his peers in this State.
