Travis Jensen, co-founder of Johnson Jensen, began his legal career as a defense attorney with prominent international firms in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Indianapolis. This experience gave him valuable insight into the strategies and challenges of complex legal cases, sharpening his skills in problem-solving and meticulous preparation. However, his true passion emerged when he shifted his focus to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries or lost loved ones due to negligence.
At Johnson Jensen, Travis has dedicated himself to providing compassionate and personalized representation. Partnering with his longtime friend and mentor Bob Johnson, Travis is committed to practicing law “their way,” prioritizing the needs and well-being of their clients above all else. In a field so often stereotyped as cold and opportunistic, Travis is deeply committed to providing personalized and compassionate representation. Over his career, he has successfully represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases across Indiana and beyond.
Beyond his legal practice, Travis is deeply engaged in his community. He served as the 2024 President of the IndyBar Foundation, reflecting his dedication to giving back and supporting others. He also serves on the executive committee for Sagamore American Inn of Court, the board of directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and maintains active involvement with the American Association for Justice, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association.
Travis resides in Fishers with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys playing in a band, writing and recording music, traveling, and reading. His interest in psychology led him to develop the jury research process behind Precognitive Jury Research, LLP, a company he co-founded with Bob Johnson. A proud graduate of Purdue University and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Travis combines his professional expertise and personal passions to advocate for his clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
